The subject of this procedure is the award of catering services in Central Accommodation Facilities (ZUEs) and Initial Reception Facilities (EAEs) for refugees of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (Batch 10.3). The Arnsberg District Government is conducting this procedure for the participating Cologne and Münster District Governments. The contractor’s contractual partner will be the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, represented by the respective competent district government. The service provider sought in the procurement procedure will ensure the catering of the persons accommodated there 365 days a year. Further information is contained in the procurement documents.
