Opportunity description

The City of Neuwied intends to award the caretaker services for the City of Neuwied's municipal refugee accommodation to an external service provider. The refugee accommodation is spread across six residential complexes with up to twenty-four individually lockable residential containers as well as an outdoor area and is designed for operation with up to 272 people. It is a two-story container construction with shower and toilet containers, common rooms, kitchens, washing machine and dryer containers. An overview plan of the refugee accommodation is attached to the procurement documents. The contractual relationship initially runs until 01.04.2027. The contracting authority has the right to extend the term of this contract three times by one additional year each (extension option right). The maximum term is limited to 01.04.2030.
