SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking school-related needs into account, and for leasing the more than 400 schools to the Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is constructing a sustainably innovative timber building on the property at Eibenkamp 1, 22559 Hamburg, for the Stadtteilschule and Gymnasium Rissen, with open learning spaces, communal areas and a single-court sports hall. The project is a BIM project and communication takes place via the dalux field project platform.
