SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking school-related requirements into account, and for leasing the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- The establishment of a new six-stream campus school is planned at the Hebebrandstr. 1 site. The establishment of the new school site requires the construction of a three-court sports hall. It is to be built on the future construction site of Building 05, which is to be demolished. The sports hall is being planned as a place of assembly and must comply with monument protection requirements. --------------- Here: Interior Carpentry --------------- The sports hall is a three-court hall for school and club use, including ancillary rooms. The sports hall building is designed as a two-storey structure and will have stands accessible via two staircases. In addition to the main access to the hall through entrances from outside, the new building will be accessible from the existing building by means of an enclosed bridge structure. The sports hall is designated as a place of assembly. The sports hall is designed as a solid reinforced-concrete structure with shallow foundations.
