Karl-Rehbein-Schule has already been using rooms at Pestalozzischule as a branch location for several years. In order to create space for the future expansion of the primary school, a new building is to be constructed for the upper school of Karl-Rehbein-Schule on part of the Fronhof site. The office building "Haus des Handwerks" was completely demolished as part of the planned expansion of Karl-Rehbein-Schule in order to realize the new building. Scope of services: timber construction / carpentry and roofing work - pitched roof - erection of roof structure; - sheathing; - waterproofing; - insulation work on the rafter roof structure; - installation of large-format roof windows; - covering with natural slate; - roof plumbing and drainage work.
