The construction site is located in Sulzbach Hospital, An der Klinik 10, 66280 Sulzbach. The project involves the conversion of an existing hospital ward on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the bed tower of the above-mentioned hospital. The renovation also affects the adjacent floors only in part, which contain the basic connections for utilities and waste disposal. The project objective is to bring the above-mentioned renovation level and the ward located there up to the current state of the art while the hospital remains in operation, implement the requirements of the fire protection concept, and create modern patient areas through the appropriate arrangement of the patient rooms. The services include the execution of the drywall work required for this purpose. Complex execution of drywall work (approx. quantities) on two gutted hospital wards, each with approx. 900 m² of floor area: - Gypsum plasterboard partition wall F 90 A /sound insulation- 330 m² - Partition wall for shafts F 90 A - 30 m² - Gypsum plasterboard stud walls - 230 m² - partly with sound insulation; - Wall linings - 225 m²; - Installation walls - 33 m²; - Construction of fire-protection reveals; - Construction of door openings with hollow profiles, mineral fibre - Panel ceilings - 620 m²; - Self-supporting fire-protection ceiling - 40 m²; Procedure: open.
