Opportunity description

The construction site is located at Sulzbach Hospital, An der Klinik 10, 66280 Sulzbach. It involves the conversion of an existing hospital ward on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the inpatient building of the above-mentioned clinic. The renovation also partially affects the adjacent floors, which include the basic connections for utilities and waste disposal. The project objective is to bring the aforementioned renovation level and the ward located there up to the current state of the art while the hospital remains in operation, to implement the requirements of the fire protection concept, and to create modern patient areas through the appropriate arrangement of the patient rooms. The services include carrying out the carpentry work required for the construction of the doors. Execution of carpentry work for each ward: - 1 item single-leaf wooden door T 90 RS with EMR; - 10 items single-leaf wooden doors T 30 RS with EMR; - 1 item single-leaf wooden door T 30 RS; - 3 items single-leaf wooden doors TRH T 30 RS; - 17 items single-leaf wooden doors, sound insulation class 2 - patient room access doors; - 16 items single-leaf wet-room doors; - 8 items single-leaf wooden doors; - 3 items wooden sliding doors; - 1 item double-leaf wooden block-frame element T 90 RS with EMR, - 1 item double-leaf wooden block-frame element RS with EMR Procedure: open.
