Carpentry work The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nordbayern (DRV Nordbayern) plans to merge two existing rehabilitation clinics into a new rehabilitation center to be constructed. The planned site for the new development is located in the southeast of the city of Bayreuth near the "Lohengrin-Therme" thermal baths in a landscaped setting. The new rehabilitation center is intended to provide rehabilitation for the indication groups psychosomatics, orthopedics, and oncology. The space requirement is approximately 14,000 m2 (usable floor area). The size of the plots for the development and construction of the associated motor vehicle parking spaces is approximately 43,500 m2. The building has a pavilion structure. Two care pavilions are attached to a central building structure and connected by transparent walkways. The upper care pavilions and the central building structure of the therapeutic center rest on an extensive plinth structure.
