The Medico-Palais in the Old Spa Park of the city of Bad Soden am Taunus was built in 1912 and at that time was the largest inhalatorium in Europe. The building is protected as a cultural monument. After having stood vacant since 2019, it is now to be converted for use as an administrative site. The city of Bad Soden am Taunus will thus relocate a large part of its municipal administration to the three-story Medico-Palais. Carpentry work: • Renovation of roof structure • Removal and new roof covering, approx. 350 m² • Wooden trellis/façade, approx. 350 m² • Timber-frame construction, approx. 400 m² Procedure: open.
