Conversion and extension of the Bautzen District Music School, Lot 319-1: Carpentry work for the hall, Bautzen District Music School. The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstraße 14a is to be converted and extended to become the District Music School. The existing building (old building from 1912 with an extension from 2001) will be retained and spatially restructured to meet the new requirements. A newly built concert hall will be connected to the rear of the existing building. (Total usable floor area approx. 1870 m2).
