Opportunity description

Carpentry work, including demolition and dismantling work in the existing building, is being put out to tender as part of the Rennbahn Hoppegarten - Haupttribüne funding measure at Goetheallee 1, 15366 Hoppegarten. The subject of this invitation to tender is carpentry and timber construction work in the main grandstand, comprising demolition and repair work on timber structures, ceiling cladding and railings in the areas from the ground floor to the 2nd upper floor. Furthermore, renovation work will be carried out on the low-pitched mono-pitch roof (max. 10°), with partial or complete replacement of rafters, and the adjoining timber-frame wall will be repaired. In stairwells 2 and 4, work will be carried out on the hipped roofs (max. 20°) to create smoke and heat exhaust openings and renew supporting structures for flagpoles. For all work, the existing lead contamination of the timber components must be taken into account and properly treated in accordance with the applicable regulations for hazardous substances.
