The present construction project involves the new construction and modification of an urban light rail high-chain overhead contact line system from the Poststraße ramp to the BBRP intersection, including adaptation to the existing system. The section of line to be renewed extends from the Barbarossaplatz intersection to approx. 50 m into the underground tunnel, has a route length of approx. 430 m of double track, and contains one fixed point.
