Framework agreement for the delivery of lunch catering for patients using the Cook & Freeze or Cook & Chill method for LVR-Klinik Viersen Lunch catering for patients using the Cook & Freeze or Cook & Chill method for LVR-Klinik Viersen. At LVR-Klinik Viersen, the central kitchen's current fresh-cooking system (Cook & Serve) for providing lunch catering will be converted, while catering operations continue, to a combined cold-provision system in which food is precooked only to a certain degree of doneness and fully cooked in the central kitchen (Cook & Freeze or Cook & Chill system). The objective of the procurement is to receive the corresponding lunch catering after the structural upgrading of the central kitchen has been completed. Procedure: open.
