Renewal of the operational facilities for the central transport service of the Free State of Thuringia, replacement new building on the property at Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 7 in 99099 Erfurt Preparatory measures: construct 1 lump-sum temporary storage facility on the immediate construction site; 1,000 m2 dust protection wall (surface scaffolding); # Building demolition: 1 unit demolition of old vehicle hall (single-storey masonry building, divided into individual, separately accessible units, used as a garage, gable roof made of nail-plate trusses and roofing made of corrugated asbestos sheets): Total gross floor area: 1805 m², total gross volume: 12,850 m³; # Disposal: collect 1261 tonnes of non-hazardous construction, demolition and municipal waste and dispose of it in accordance with the Circular Economy Act; the disposal costs shall be borne by the contractor; collect 577 tonnes of hazardous construction, demolition and municipal waste and dispose of it in accordance with the Circular Economy Act; the disposal costs shall be borne by the contractor. # Dismantling of construction water system: completely dismantle 1 unit connection point (tie-in point) for construction water and supply lines of the sanitary container and restore the original condition Removal of existing tie-in point (external water connection) to the construction water extraction point and sanitary container: up to 50 m # In addition to the evidence of suitability pursuant to §6a EU VOB/A, bidders must also submit the following evidence with their tenders: 1.
