Germany – Cleaning and sanitation services – Cleaning work in three building complexes of the City of Ibbenbüren as of 01/01/2027 and 01/03/2027, respectively

Opportunity description

The objective of this invitation to tender is to conclude cleaning contracts for routine cleaning work, including once-yearly deep cleaning of the floors in three building complexes of the City of Ibbenbüren - for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030: Barbaraschule and Mauritiusschule complexes - for the period from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2031: Johannes-Bosco-Schule complex, with an option to extend for a further two years. Details regarding cleaning frequencies and the type and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the results-oriented specifications and, in particular, the room and floor-area schedules and the price sheets. The services are divided into three lots. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots. Within each lot, however, all properties must be tendered with all individual services. The services will be awarded by lot. Separate awards for individual properties are not envisaged. Lot 1 Barbaraschule complex, Barbaraschule sports hall, Dickenberg village community center. The properties to be cleaned comprise a school building with an adjoining sports hall and the adjoining Dickenberg village community center (DGH) youth facility. Lot 2 Mauritiusschule complex, Mauritiusschule sports and gymnastics hall, Max und Moritz Kindergarten. The properties to be cleaned comprise a school building with an adjoining sports and gymnastics hall and a nearby municipal kindergarten. Lot 3 Johannes-Bosco-Schule complex, Johannes-Bosco-Schule sports hall, Ibbenbürener Bau- und Servicebetrieb.
