Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of cleaning and hygiene products. KoPart eG is the purchasing cooperative of the Association of Towns and Municipalities of North Rhine-Westphalia. Its members are municipalities and publicly owned companies. For a number of these member municipalities (participants in KoPart's electronic catalogue purchasing system, as well as possible future members), KoPart eG intends to award the framework agreement for the supply of cleaning and hygiene supplies. The group of members participating in electronic catalogue purchasing may be expanded at any time from among KoPart's members. The list of members can be viewed online. In addition, other public contracting authorities may become members of KoPart eG and then access the framework agreements. In the award of the framework agreements, KoPart eG acts exclusively as the contracting entity conducting the tender. Following the award, the specifications will be integrated into KoPart's electronic catalogue purchasing system (functionally comparable to a web shop). The connected KoPart members are expected to meet their requirements as comprehensively as possible through electronic catalogue purchasing under the tendered framework agreements. For this purpose, the purchasers designated by the members will receive online access to the ordering platform. There, the authorized purchasers can compile a shopping cart, which is then forwarded electronically to the relevant supplier. The supplier, in turn, processes the remainder of the order. The contract for the supply of the goods is concluded exclusively between the supplier and the respective member. KoPart does not become a contracting party to the supply contract.
