Opportunity description

The services to be offered will be provided at the following properties: - GIZ Representative Office (BR), Reichpietschufer 20, 10963 Berlin Details regarding the intervals, types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the service description together with the annexes, in particular the price sheets. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the areas to be cleaned and the intervals without a new procurement procedure within the framework of Section 132 GWB. All services must be offered. The separate award of trades is not envisaged. Maintenance cleaning services, special cleaning, daytime services, the provision of consumables, non-productive supervisory activities and other time-and-materials services are to be provided. The floor area of the property is approx. 5,750 m2. As part of the maintenance cleaning, an annual cleaning area of approx. 416,500 m2 is to be serviced. In addition, approx. 1,250 working hours per year are to be provided as part of the daytime services. 1,250 hours per year are also planned for non-productive supervisory activities. The time-and-materials services to be provided comprise a total of approx. 1,800 hours per year.
