The tender relates to the following services: Lot 1: Maintenance/basic/intermediate cleaning Lot 2: Glass/frame cleaning The services are divided into two lots. The lots have been divided according to technical considerations. Details regarding the intervals, types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the service description and its annexes, in particular the price sheets. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the areas to be cleaned and the intervals without a new procurement procedure within the framework of Section 132(2) to (4) GWB. Tenders may be submitted for one lot or for both lots. Within the lots, however, all properties with all individual services must be offered. The services will be awarded by lot. The individual award of properties is not envisaged. Lot 1 comprises maintenance/basic and intermediate cleaning services as well as the supply of consumables. The properties have a floor area of approximately 14,900 m2. The annual cleaning area is approximately 2,200,000 m2. Lot 2 comprises glass/frame cleaning services. The clear structural opening dimensions (measured on one side) of the areas to be cleaned amount to approximately 3,360 m2. As a rule, the surfaces are to be cleaned on both sides twice a year.
