Germany – Cleaning services – City of Burgau: Procurement of building and glass cleaning services

Opportunity description

The City of Burgau is procuring cleaning services (maintenance, deep and glass cleaning) for its public buildings. The contract will be concluded for a period of 36 months; the term begins on 01.01.2027 at 00.00 hours and ends on 31.12.2029 at 24:00 hours, without requiring termination. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend the contract once for an additional year. The contracting authority shall give notice in text form three months before the end of the contract if it wishes to exercise its option. A detailed description of the subject matter of the services (size, use and location of the rooms, floor coverings and cleaning frequency) can be found in the calculation files for the individual lots. Inspection of the property before submitting a tender is mandatory. Confirmation from the City of Burgau must be submitted with the tender(s). See Annex_Proof of property inspection.
