Opportunity description

The services are divided into three lots. Details regarding the intervals, types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the service des-cription together with the annexes, in particular the price sheets. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the areas to be cleaned and the intervals without a new procurement procedure within the framework of § 132 GWB paras. 2 to 4. Tenders may be submitted for one lot or both lots. Within the lots, how-ever, all properties with all individual services must be offered. The services will be awarded by lot. The individual award of properties is not envisaged. . Lot 1 comprises maintenance cleaning in eight properties. The floor area of the properties is approx. 42,200 m². The annual cleaning area is approx. 3,250,000 m². In addition, the books and shelves of the library must be cleaned once a year. Performance commences on 15.12.2026. Lot 2 comprises maintenance cleaning in two properties. The floor area of the properties is approx. 3,600 m². The annual cleaning area is approx. 270,000 m². Performance commences on 15.02.2027. Lot 2 comprises maintenance cleaning in one property. The floor area of the properties is approx. 13,850 m². The annual cleaning area is approx. 650,000 m². Performance commences on 01.05.2027.
