Maintenance cleaning: The objective of maintenance cleaning is to ensure that the provision of the services maintains cleanliness, usability characteristics, appearance and hygiene. In addition to user satisfaction with regard to cleaning quality, preserving the value of the cleaned areas is the top priority. The tendered services must include all services that support this preservation of value in the best possible way. The contractor must select the cleaning systems accordingly for the different services.
