The planned project is the extension of the operating department of the Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus Speyer by two operating rooms and a larger recovery room, as well as the conversion and modernization of adjacent functional areas. Quantities: system partition walls and doors; interior fit-out, modular operating-room system with sliding and hinged doors; approx. 265 m² of partition walls and wall linings; divided into approx. 180 m² of cladding with modular wall panels made of compact high-pressure laminate panels and approx. 270 m² of cladding with gypsum plasterboards; installations in system partition walls: 4 sliding doors, 1.37-1.76 m x 2.26 m, automated, with radiation protection requirements; 3 hinged doors, 1.01-1.26 m x 2.26 m, some automated/with radiation protection requirements; 4 internal glazed panels, flush-mounted, 0.75-2.70 m x 1.10-1.85 m, some with radiation protection requirements; 8 exhaust-air ducts, each with 2 lint filters; openings for various technical installations such as operating-room control panels, etc. Installations in partition walls provided by others: 5 sliding doors, 1.635 x 2.26 m, automated; 1 hinged door, 1.01 x 2.26 m; 1 internal glazed panel, 2.00 x 1.23 m Procedure: open.
