Opportunity description

The objective of the procurement procedure is to conclude a contract for managed services for the contracting authority's LAN and WLAN infrastructure. The contractor is to take over, operate, stabilize, and further develop the existing infrastructure in such a way that resilient, transparent, and permanently manageable network operations are established. The service must take into account the requirements of a hospital with a connection to critical infrastructure (KRITIS). The contractor must be capable of handling outages, disruptions, changes, and security incidents while taking clinical operational processes into account. This includes short escalation paths, reliable service hours, structured documentation, clear communication channels, and a qualified technical team. A key objective is to reduce dependence on individual knowledge and manually driven operational processes.
