Around 110,000 members are organized in more than 2,400 subdivisions within the Reservists’ Association and are supported by approximately 100 offices throughout Germany. Promotional items are procured centrally each year to ensure that the offices are adequately supplied for events. For this purpose, the Marketing Department provides the offices with a portfolio of giveaway items as well as higher-value promotional items. In 2026, the promotional items will be put out to tender throughout Europe in a total of six lots. The first four lots (Lot 1 - Pencils, Lot 2 - Notebooks, Lot 3 - Lanyard, and Lot 4 - Outdoor Mug) have already been put out to tender, also throughout Europe, in a separate notice with notice number OJ S 58/2026 24/03/2026, published on 24.03.2026. This notice covers Lot 5 - Dextro Energy and Lot 6 - Ballpoint Pens. These two items are the subject of the present tender in two lots, which will be awarded separately. The promotional items will be delivered directly to the offices. A distribution key for all offices is attached to the procurement documents and must be completed with the delivery quantity offered by the tenderer.
