Opportunity description

AFK Geothermie GmbH (hereinafter: AG) is a contracting entity within the meaning of Section 100(1) No. 1 GWB, headquartered in Aschheim in the district of Munich. It plans to expand the existing facility for extracting thermal water from the deep Malm aquifer near the municipality of Aschheim (deep geothermal facility) by adding an additional doublet (Th3 & Th4). The heat contained in the thermal water is to be extracted in the facility and used for district heating. The deep geothermal facility will be constructed on an operating site belonging to the AG. Th1 and the energy center are already located on the site. The work is expected to take place in 2026. The contractor (AN) will be responsible for delivery, engineering and service for liner hangers, liner hanger packers, Float Equipment (Float Shoe, Float Collar), plugs, possibly External Casing Packers (ECP), possibly Travel Joints, etc. in the sizes 20", 13.3/8", 9.5/8" and 7" for two deviated deep geothermal boreholes (approximately 3,700 m MD per borehole) at the AFK Geothermie GmbH site in Aschheim.
