Bad Nauheim Rehabilitation Center, Wetterau Clinic Replacement New Building 79698 Project Management for General Modernization, Project Stages 1 to 2 The subject matter of the contract to be awarded is services from the project management service profile pursuant to AHO Booklet No. 9 "Project Management in the Construction and Real Estate Industry - Standards for Services and Remuneration" for the construction of a replacement new building at the Bad Nauheim Rehabilitation Center, Wetterau Clinic site. The services are planned to be commissioned in stages. The contractual services initially comprise Basic and Special Services for Project Stages 1-2 in accordance with the service description. Optionally, the contractor may be commissioned, in whole or in part, with further Basic and Special Services for Project Stage 2 and Project Stages 3 to 5 in accordance with the service description. There is no legal entitlement to the award of the optional services.
