The Immobilien- und Projektmanagementgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbH (IPS) is a wholly owned company of the State of Saxony-Anhalt and was established on 30.11.2021. The State of Saxony-Anhalt has commissioned IPS with the planning, implementation and operation of real estate of importance to the state, primarily larger-volume new construction projects (GNUE). The present procedure concerns the new construction of a correctional facility at the Weißenfels site. As part of this invitation to tender, the project management services for the aforementioned project are to be awarded. Commissioning will take place in stages / optionally. Initially, only Stage I – project preparation will be commissioned. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of the further stages. The subject matter of the contract is the project management services for the new construction of a correctional facility (JVA) at the Weißenfels site. It is planned to award all further planning and construction services to a qualified company as a total contractor (TU) or total undertaking contractor (TÜ). It is intended to commission the project manager in five stages, whereby only the first stage will be commissioned upon award of the contract and the further stages may be commissioned optionally.
