Opportunity description

Mainova AG operates heat supply networks, including the necessary facilities, in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. Netzdienste Rhein-Main GmbH, NRM, a subsidiary of Mainova AG, operates electricity, natural gas and water supply networks, including the necessary facilities, in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. In addition to its own networks, it also provides services for the networks of other energy supply companies and industrial customers in the region. As part of these activities, the necessary network expansions and network renewals as well as expansions and renewals of plant technology are carried out under the leadership of Mainova/NRM, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority (AG). Project management is always the responsibility of an employee of the contracting authority. As part of the planning and implementation of complex projects, there is a need for targeted support for the contracting authority’s project management and measures management. Local construction supervision/construction coordination supports project and measures management during construction execution and, where applicable, during execution planning. The railway supervisor (Lot 4) performs the tasks in accordance with the service description in Chapter 7.4. These may be projects in the following service areas: - Gas division: Laying of gas pipelines (low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure) - Water division: Laying of drinking water pipelines - Electricity division: Laying of power lines (low voltage, medium voltage) - Electricity division: Laying of power lines (high voltage 110 kV) - Heat division: Laying of district heating pipelines (hot water or steam) - Cross-divisional measures - Measures in the vicinity of own properties (building construction) Procedure: neg-w-call.
