Germany – Construction structures and materials; auxiliary products to construction (except electric apparatus) – Framework agreement for the supply of stainless steel pipes GSI & FAIR_2026

Opportunity description

All requirements/products for stainless steel pipes, including accessories, specified in the bill of quantities (for GSI & FAIR) must be covered by the framework agreement to be concluded. The contract term begins upon award of the contract and ends automatically after 24 months. The estimated annual volume is EUR 59,000.00. Maximum 4 years. If the procurement volume of EUR 236,000.00 is reached before the contract expires, the contract shall end early with the final call-off that exhausts the volume. The individual call-offs/orders under the framework agreement will be placed primarily by GSI and FAIR GmbH. The entity authorized to place call-offs is itself responsible for compliance with all contractual rights and obligations. However, upon conclusion of this framework agreement, the respective contracting authorities do not yet enter into any obligation to place further orders/call-offs. Only upon placement of individual call-offs/orders do the contracting authorities enter into an obligation to accept the quantities requested for the respective order/call-off. As a rule, all pipes and accessories are to be delivered within 10 working days following a call-off/order. Partial deliveries are welcome at any time. The contractual provisions governing performance shall be based on the published contract and VOL/B.
