The partial conversion / energy modernization of the building at Universitätsstraße 78 in Bochum is planned. For the dismantling / remediation of the subareas, an indicative hazardous materials assessment was carried out by Consulting-Büro Frieg GmbH, Bochum (CBF), in coordination with the architectural firm, to ensure planning certainty and optimize costs. Based on the results and the floor plans provided by the planner, a remediation concept was prepared, which serves as the basis for the following bill of quantities.
