Duisburg interchange (A 40) - Duisburg-Marxloh junction, A59, 2nd construction lot, connection areas of Berliner Brücke West Reconstruction of the Duisburg interchange, the A 40 and the new Meiderich junction, including construction of a new drainage system, construction of access and exit ramps between the A 59 and A 40, and construction of retaining walls and settling basins in the area of the Duisburg interchange and along the A 40. A59, 2nd construction lot, connection areas of Berliner Brücke West The main construction lot 2 essentially comprises the following services • Construction of 6 engineering structures: • Settling basin structure ABS 01 • Settling basin structure ABS 02 • Pumping station structure HWB 09 • Structure AB_RRB 01 & HWB 08 • Retaining structure BW 58 • Retaining structure BW 4N + posts and anchoring of a noise barrier • Road construction: • Construction of the A40 carriageway, sections of the A 59 and ramps • Widening of the A40 • Construction of embankments for ramps 610 and 660 and connection for ramp 620 • Construction of ramp modifications • Construction of temporary works • Construction roads / access routes • Restoration of roads in the secondary network • Landscaping work • Construction of a new drainage system • Demolition work (allotment garden site) • Measures on the Ruhrverband collector sewer (grouting of old collector sewers) Procedure: open.
