On the south side, an open staircase leads from the lower platform to the kiosk; its eastern side wall is damaged, partially broken off, and must be repaired. The masonry works are to be carried out in 2 phases: Repair of open staircase incl. plaster: 27.07.-30.09.2026, plaster repair of retaining walls: 2029 1. Repair of south open staircase - drainage gravel bed on both sides using partially perforated drainage pipe and soakaway shafts - vertical bituminous waterproofing - demolition of plastered rubble masonry and - reconstruction - ventilation of the top of the wall - renovation plaster 2.
