- Construction of a concrete elevator shaft with 4 floors, pit and headroom within the building, pit with dewatering - 265m of perimeter wall base renovation - Crack repairs and anchoring of the exterior walls - Vault renovation with installation of 14 tie anchors, wall anchors (with the exception of specialized construction work) - Excavate 600m³ of soil at the wall base and replace it after renovation - 150m² of new floor slabs, completion of floor slabs - 100m³ of demolition work on masonry interior walls, chimney masonry in the area of the roof base and roof support structure - Chiseling out 200 beam ends - Demolition of 150m² of plaster - 370 core drillings of 50-300mm in natural stone, masonry, concrete - 70 drillings through foundations - Utility entries through exterior walls with 40 steel pressure pipes - Creation of door and window openings in existing masonry - 100m² of new masonry interior walls and closing of masonry openings - Chasing and chiseling work for building services trades - Underground pipes, wastewater shafts - Waterproofing work in the area of the floor ducts - Certificates of competence for work in contaminated areas pursuant to TRGS 524 (expertise pursuant to DGUV Rule 101-004); - Certificates of competence for asbestos work, TRGS 519 Annex 3 (expertise pursuant to TRGS 519 incl. weakly bound asbestos); - Certificates of competence for man-made mineral fiber remediation pursuant to TRGS 521 (specialist knowledge for work with old mineral wool) Services are to be performed in several partial sections. Close coordination with other trades working on site. The required substance-preserving handling of the historic monument may restrict the use of machinery. Manual transport, longer travel distances and limited storage areas must be taken into account on site in the existing building. A crane is available for the structural construction work.
