The measure comprises the following services: • Installation of 13 partial air-conditioning systems 130,000 m³/h, installation of 3 transformer exhaust-air systems 13,000 m³/h, smoke extraction from underground car park 20,000 m³/h • Installation of duct network incl. control components, fire dampers Dates: Start no later than 12 working days after receipt of the letter of award. End 30.11.2029 Note - BNB certification BNB Gold certification is sought for the building, as well as BNB Silver certification for the outdoor facilities. The contractor must contribute to successful certification. To this end, the contractor must comply with corresponding requirements regarding low waste, low noise and low dust, as well as the requirements pursuant to the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance during construction. Furthermore, the requirements listed in Annex 01 “Material requirements” apply at quality level 5. The contractor must declare all materials, products, ancillary and auxiliary products, as well as construction elements intended for use, with regard to their constituents or properties. For this purpose, Annex 02 “Declaration tables” must be completed in digital form (Excel file format), and the associated technical data sheets and safety data sheets pursuant to 1907/2006/EC (also in digital form) must be assigned and enclosed.
