Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety - Extension building at Stresemannstraße / Erna-Berger-Straße, 10117 Berlin Metal construction 2 (windows, doors, steel) - DIN 18360 - VE 326.02 VE 326.02 – Metal construction 2 – Windows, doors, solar shading - Steel (DIN 18360) An extension building for the BMUKN is being constructed on the property at Stresemannstraße / Erna-Berger-Straße in Berlin-Mitte. The building is divided into two 7-storey sections A and B, which are connected to each other by a multi-storey bridge. 1. Type and scope of the work 470 m² 2-storey steel mullion-transom façade, RC3 with 2 double-leaf door systems and 2 single-leaf doors, door drives incl. internal vestibule system with double-leaf door, 12 motor-operated aluminium windows 26 m² 1-storey steel mullion-transom façade, RC3 with 2 double-leaf door systems, door drives, 32 motor-operated aluminium basement windows, 6 aluminium basement windows, 22 motor-operated louvre windows, 11 RC3 ventilation grilles 1 motor-operated roller shutter door, access to refuse room, 2 underground car park roller grilles with traffic-light control 5 hall skylights as irregular quadrilaterals, as a steel structure with add-on structure and external solar shading as counter-pull awnings 95 m² skylight structure as a gable roof, as a steel structure with add-on structure, 10 vertical smoke extraction dampers, motor-operated, 90 m² rear-ventilated aluminium façade cladding, 25 m² aluminium standing-seam covering 1 single-leaf exterior door, sheet steel with glazed cut-out, RC3, El290 1 double-leaf exterior door with side panels and transom light, tubular steel frame, RC3, El230, door drive Maintenance services form part of the invitation to tender 2. Performance periods Performance (of the contract) must begin: within 12 working days after receipt of the instruction from the contracting authority (§ 5 para. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B); the instruction is expected to reach you by 23.11.2026. • The work must be completed: in calendar week 31/2028, no later than the last working day of that calendar week. • Binding individual deadlines: Start of on-site installation calendar week 37/2027, 3. Note - BNB certification Gold BNB certification is being sought for the building, as well as Silver BNB certification for the outdoor facilities. The contractor must contribute to successful certification. For this purpose, the contractor must observe the corresponding requirements regarding low waste, low noise and low dust, as well as the requirements pursuant to the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance during construction. Furthermore, the requirements listed in Annex 01 “Material Requirements” at quality level 5 apply. The contractor must declare all materials, products, ancillary and auxiliary products, and building elements intended for use with regard to their ingredients and/or properties. For this purpose, Annex 02 “Declaration Tables” must be completed in digital form (Excel file format), and the associated technical data sheets and safety data sheets pursuant to 1907/2006/EC (also in digital form) must be assigned and enclosed.
