Opportunity description

The planned building consists of halls for the sewage sludge upcycling plant and an administration building. The hall is an L-shaped structure with a total length of 60.00 m and a width of 40.10 m. The hall is single-storey. The northern part of the hall, which houses the delivery area, has a partial basement. The ridge height of the monopitch roof is approximately 11.12 m. The long side of the hall has a monopitch roof height of approximately 16.20 m. A pellet heating system is located in the south-western part of the hall. The hall will be constructed using a reinforced-concrete frame structure with a roof support structure made of timber trusses and sandwich panels. The hall has a total gross floor area of 1,642 m². The administration building is located to the south-west of the hall and will be separated by a fire wall. The administration building consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. It has a length of 15.19 m and a width of 9.89 m. The entire building will be constructed as a solid reinforced-concrete structure. The roof will be constructed as a flat roof with a parapet and bituminous waterproofing. The uppermost storey in which habitable rooms are possible is located an average of 3.21 m above ground level. The administration building consists of one occupancy unit. The gross floor area of the administration building is 151 m², height 7.00 m.
