With the conversion and renovation project “Alte Bleiche” in the center of Markt Altenstadt, an ensemble that characterizes the townscape within a protected historic settlement structure will be preserved and renovated in accordance with monument preservation requirements. It consists of the “Neue Bleiche,” classified as an individual monument, the neighboring “Erlanger Haus” with an ancillary building, and the surrounding outdoor areas.
