The construction work consists of carrying out the structural works for a four-storey administrative building. The gross floor area of the building is approximately 6,500 m², with a gross volume of approximately 23,200 m³. The work must be carried out storey by storey. All wood products to be used must be demonstrably sourced from sustainable forest management. Structural works The intention is to construct an office building consisting of a connecting structure and two side wings. The quantities for the entire building are as follows: - Concrete (slabs, walls, foundations, stairs): approx. 3,200 m³ - Beams: approx. 750 linear metres - Columns: approx. 500 units - 11 cm internal masonry: approx. 380 m² - 2x15 cm internal masonry (double-leaf): approx. 450 m² - 24 cm internal masonry: approx. 1,250 m² - Facing masonry: approx. 2,050 m² In connection with the above measures, additional related work will be carried out, such as: - Insulation and waterproofing work - Minor earthworks for constructing the beam grid Procedure: restricted.
