FEL - Feldmochinger Str. 7, 80992 Munich - Construction of a new primary school (IBSM) and a kindergarten (IKC), as well as conversion of an existing building for a day nursery (IKC) The subject of this invitation to tender is services in accordance with VOB/C ATV DIN 18360 Metal construction work, as well as the project-specific services in accordance with the description of the construction project. All costs arising from the service definitions of these ZTV must be included by the tenderer in the unit prices of the tender. Unless otherwise specified, the work described is understood to include all necessary material deliveries free to the place of use, as well as all preliminary and ancillary work, additional expenses for work stages carried out at separate times or interruptions to work that form part of the work concerned and without which proper completion of the work is not possible. The service includes, among other things, stair fall-protection systems, handrails, roof-terrace fall-protection systems, canopies, balcony and courtyard platform structures, and grating.
