The building automation system is used for the higher-level regulation and control of a CO2-controlled central ventilation system with its own equipment controls, as well as for connecting notifications from the sanitary, heating and refrigeration installations. Furthermore, interfaces to the electrical trade will be created to ensure energy-efficient building operation. One automation control center is planned. All systems, such as room sensors, control of heating circuit manifolds and zone valves, as well as fire dampers, volume flow controllers for control, etc., will be integrated there. The automation control center is located in the technical services center on the upper floor.
