GW 075 Ventilation and air-conditioning systems - Campus expansion in 79618 Rheinfelden (Baden) Scope of services: Supply and installation of a ventilation and air-conditioning system in accordance with DIN 18379 for a timber-construction school extension. The supply and exhaust ventilation system is planned as a central unit with its own controls and serves to ventilate the entire construction project, including sanitary areas, classrooms, ancillary rooms and internal rooms. To ensure high energy efficiency, a system with a high heat recovery rate and a combined coil for reheating and cooling will be used. In summer, the cooling system is used to cool the supply air to a minimum temperature of 16°C. Variable volume flow controllers are planned, enabling CO2 control. Motorized fire dampers will be provided in accordance with fire protection requirements. An on-site building automation system will be installed for the higher-level control of the components. The system's total air exchange rate is approximately 8,000 m³/h.
