The construction of a 7-storey (basement - 5th upper floor) office building with approx. 10.270 sqm GFA, of which approx. 1.700 sqm is underground, using solid construction, is planned. The façade is designed as a facing-brick façade with punched windows and post-and-beam façades, and the roof as a pitched roof. The building has an L-shaped layout with connections to existing buildings from the ground floor to the 2nd and 4th upper floors respectively via smaller connecting structures, as well as the construction of the associated outdoor facilities. Section 01 Building surroundings describes all services in the outdoor facilities located around the new building and the existing building. Section 02 Sunken garden describes all services in outdoor facilities located on the southern side of the building in the area of the new building, but approx. -3,70 metres below the outdoor facilities of the building surroundings.
