Outdoor facilities Type and anticipated scope of the workThe subject of the measure is the 1st construction phase of the outdoor facilities for the construction project“Renovation and expansion of the schools at Mönchsberg Hemau":The extension building (cafeteria, classrooms) has already been structurally completed. The renovation of theexisting middle school will follow later.The scope of work comprises the outdoor facilities required for the use, access and fire protection of the extension building:Demolition and earthworks, drainage incl. façade channels, access/escape routes, paved areas for cafeteria deliveries, stairways, concrete/foundation work, railings/handrail, minor planting work and completion of the light well (approx. 40m2, predominantly manual work). Not included are the schoolyard/courtyard, the access route to the construction site, areas directly adjacent to the middle school and the green area opposite the gymnasium – these will remain as construction logistics areas for future work.- Demolition of bound pavement structure (approx. 10m3), demolition of stairway made of concrete block steps (approx.20m), demolition of concrete edging (approx. 90m), demolition of interlocking paving (approx. 100m2)- Soil removal, excavation of trenches, foundations, disposal (approx. 100m3)- Installation of base courses (approx. 125m3)- Galvanized steel façade channels (approx. 55m), drainage channels (approx. 20m)- Deep curb/edging stone (approx. 100m)- Concrete paving for paths D8cm (approx. 95m2); concrete paving, large-format paving system D8cm (approx. 85m2); concrete paving inherringbone pattern D12cm (approx. 90m2)- Concrete block steps 40/15 (approx. 75m)- Retaining wall panels (approx. 4 units up to H135cm); SV concrete stair stringer- Metalwork: freestanding handrail (galvanized steel, powder-coated, RR42mm), (approx. 20m)- 2 standard trees, 4 specimen shrubs, seeding work (approx. 300m2) + completion/ and establishment maintenance Procedure: open.
