For this reason, the procurement is divided into the following funding areas: Lot 01 - Federal funding (Sports Hall C) Lot 02 – Urban development funding (cultural center, youth rooms) Lot 03 – FAG (Sports Halls A and B, sanitary areas, changing rooms) Lot 04 – FAG + 15% (afternoon care) Lot 05 – Overarching area As a result of this division, it is necessary to list positions with identical content multiple times, each assigned to different funding areas. However, the stated quantities must be considered as a whole, since the project will be implemented in a single, integrated execution process. Accordingly, surcharges for reduced quantities must not be applied, even if smaller quantities are stated in individual funding areas which, considered in isolation, would permit such a surcharge calculation. Title 05 lists the general positions that can be allocated proportionately to the respective funding areas. The project will be carried out in one construction phase and awarded as a whole.
