Opportunity description

At Bergstraße District Hospital (abbreviated KKB) in Heppenheim, numerous measures are being carried out as part of the "General Renovation of KKB" project. Care Wing J will be stripped back and renovated; the new intensive care unit and a general care unit will be located there. Building Section G will be demolished, and a replacement building housing a central emergency department, radiology, and an operating department will be constructed there. Further partial measures include: façade renovation; drinking water system renovation, upgrading of central technical building services facilities, partial implementation of the basic fire protection concept, and construction of a new building transfer point. Due to existing hazardous substance contamination, many of the premises will first be largely stripped back and dismantled professionally. The subject of this invitation to tender is the construction of heat supply systems in accordance with DIN 18380. Procedure: open.
