General contractor services for modular construction - Digital Pathology Brief description of the services put out to tender: The services put out to tender comprise the turnkey planning, delivery and construction of a laboratory building for the Digital Pathology department of University Hospital RWTH Aachen, using modular construction in Courtyard 1 on Level -2. The scope of services includes all planning, coordination, assembly and construction work, including site setup, modular construction, finishing trades, and the complete technical building equipment (TGA). In addition, all required inspections, evidence, commissioning, documentation and coordination with authorities up to the operational handover of the building are part of the tender. Procedure: open.
