Demolition and structural works The State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the State Office for Property and Construction, Ravensburg Office, is planning the construction of a new heating plant on the premises of JVA Ravensburg, Hinzistobel 34, 88212 Ravensburg, in connection with the conversion and expansion of the electricity and heat supply. As part of the overall project, demolition, earthworks and structural works are to be carried out for the new building as a solid reinforced-concrete structure with a curtain façade made of precast reinforced-concrete elements. Furthermore, earthworks are to be carried out for the adjacent borehole fields for geothermal energy. The construction measures affect large parts of the site and are divided into various individual measures. PRINCIPAL WORKS - Demolition of existing structures (concrete) and outdoor facilities (roads, edgings, shafts, channels) - Site setup (containers, construction fence, etc.) - Earthworks (topsoil removal, excavation, etc.) for the excavation pit and borehole fields - Excavation pit shoring (partial areas) - Construction road/gravel excavation for borehole fields - Reinforced-concrete construction works for the new building (floor slab, walls, ceilings, columns, downstand beams) - Maintenance/insertion openings in the façade and roof slab - Installation duct from the new building to the existing building - underground, made of reinforced concrete (floor slab, walls, ceilings) - Built-in steel components - Insulated and rear-ventilated exposed-concrete precast-element façade - Scaffolding works (façade scaffolding PRINCIPAL QUANTITIES - approx. 300 m construction fence - approx. 2,500 m3 excavation pit material - approx. 1,500 m2 construction roads for borehole fields - approx. 1,500 m2 reinforced-concrete floor slab - approx. 750 m2 concrete walls - approx. 650 m2 concrete ceilings/roof - approx. 20 tonnes reinforcing steel - approx. 1,500 m2 scaffolding area for façade scaffolding - approx. 1,000 m2 façade area of exposed-concrete precast elements For the performance of the works, the requirements of the Joint Administrative Regulation on the Vetting of External Persons of 25.07.2017 (GABl. 2017, page 453) must be met.
