The subject of the tender is the implementation of the construction project "New construction of an accessible 4-stream primary school with after-school care and a 2-court sports hall (option)". The site is located at Karlsruher Str./Mannheimer Str., 04209 Leipzig (Grünau), on parcels 1496, 1490/2, 1756, 1755. The building is to be classified as a special-purpose building, building class 5.
