New construction of a residential home for people with multiple disabilities (WfmB) for the Caritas Friedrich Lorenz Residential Home - Lot 309 Screed GENERAL PRELIMINARY REMARKS OVERALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The construction of an additional new building for the Caritas Friedrich Lorenz Residential Home at the site in Beetzendorf is planned, with 56 places for people with disabilities in need of care, divided into 4 residential groups. The additional new building is planned as a compact 2-storey building of solid construction on the plot of land directly adjacent to the existing property. In addition to the residents’ rooms, the ground and upper floors also contain communal rooms, staff rooms and storage rooms.
