SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking school-related needs into account, and of leasing the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). --------------- At the Oktaviostraße 143 site, the construction of a new three-story classroom building is planned. The building will be constructed as a solid structure with reinforced concrete and masonry walls and reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is to be DGNB / QNG certified. The building will be cleaned in 2 intermediate cleanings and one final cleaning.
